    Click Christmas Store in Saint-Sauveur is normally opened from June 24th to December 24th. During that period, Click is usually opened 5 to 7 days a week, unless otherwise stated. Check our opening hours if necessary. Our online store is accessible year-round, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
  • Are all the items shown on your website's photos available to buy?
    Not necessarily. While we do our very best to frequently update the multiple photos on our website, it is very possible that some of the items displayed are not available anymore. However, the items' availability in our online shop is frequently updated, meaning you can generally rely on the information displayed.

    At the moment, we do not offer delivery through our website. However, for any deliveries to Quebec, Canada, or internationally, please contact us in-store and we will be happy to arrange a personalized delivery that will satisfy your needs.

    Yes! Feel free to call us and we will gladly organize with you a fast, efficient and secure international delivery.
  • What are the shipping times?
    We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible after receiving payment. Naturally, when it comes to delivery times, it depends on the destination of the shipment. However, on average, we estimate the delivery time to be between 3 and 5 business days for local deliveries (Quebec and Ontario).
  • What are the shipping costs?
    The shipping fees vary from one product to another and will be clearly communicated to you by our team as needed. Generally, delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the product. If you cannot find information about the delivery fees for a specific product, feel free to contact us.
  • How are the items protected during shipping?
    For postal shipping, all of our items are packed in a sturdy cardboard box and sealed with shipping tape. More fragile objects are wrapped in tissue paper and/or bubble wrap.
