Order cancellation by the client:

Cancellation of an online order: To cancel an order before its shipment, please contact us in-store at (450) 227-7177. No cancellations will be processed via email or through the contact form.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

All purchases, whether made directly in the Boutique de Noël Click store or through the online store, are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges: 

Exchanges in-store are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. For any exceptions to this policy, please contact us before making the purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, any product being exchanged must be in perfect condition in its original packaging and must, if applicable, be accompanied by all the documentation that came with it at the time of sale.

Holds:

Holds are accepted for a maximum duration of 30 days. To make a hold request, please contact us, and we will process your request as soon as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

Wrong shipping address submitted by the client:
